Does all the wap-7s of bhilai shed restricted to a speed of 110kmph coz once I have been in wap-7 30432 cabin and ther it was written maximum speed 110kmph....why they are restricted as they can haul trains at 130kmph..?
Do you have photo of that 30432 cabin? My friend from SECR told me that apart from 202, 206, 213, rest all are not restricted to 110 kmph..
