I have two tickets from Lucknow to Dehradun. One has a status of RLWL7 and the other one is CKWL1. Which one of the two gets cleared first, when preparing the chart?

As far as i know, If the train has premium tatkal, and seats from PT are vacant, CKWL will be cleared. Rest all vacant quota berths are used to cLear GNWL
