SLN diversion is good...But this will cause one bit of problem.
If 18103 is speeded up , its Impossible to get Vacant Platform at LKO. Between 1300 to 1600 , the LKO station is severely jam-packed with Trains coming from nearly ALL directions.
Plus this will also cause Arrival timing at ASR to be somewhat 0400-0500hr which is awkward as compared to 0620-0630 arrival (atleast we could complete our FULL sleep and freshen up ourself before alighting ASR).

This train DOESN'T cater only tata. Even Bokaro and other Jharkhand also get catered by this only direct train. Aur delayed depart hui toh bahut awkward timing hoga BKSC and other Jharkhand stations pe.
Abhi jo schedule hai , wohi perfect hai. Perfect 2 nights 1 day ki journey hai Jharkhand to Punjab.
No need to hamper anything.

Bokaro mein at present fir bhi sahi hai...12 o'clock ka...2-3 hours delayed hui toh raat ke 2 baje Bokaro pahunchegi...Yeh toh aur bhi kharab hoga.....Abhi ka time schedule perfect hai...Koi speed up nahi karna chaiye...unless BSB-FD-BBK single route ko upgrade na kar dia jaye..
