Dear Members I have booked tickets from Howrah to Chennai Central by Summer Special 00841 AC Express. This scheduled time of arrival of this train at Chennai is 3PM. I have booked another ticket by Chennai Bangalore Shatabdi which starts at 5.30PM. I thought a gap of 2.30 hours is sufficient. But in case if I miss Shatabdi due to late arrival am I entitled to refunds. If yes what is the process. Regards
