conifrmed tickets are given more preference, then rac and then wl. even in each type, tatkal is given over normal(as they hav paid more money)

Dear Bhanu Teja,
Many a few examples are there where WL and RAC were moved to upgradation! So rules are still in jumble... there is no advisory by railway official site as well... so it is all complicated
