Cabinet Commitee for Econmoy Affairs that includes cabinet ministers in central Govt of INDIA
Its already approved in Railway budget why it needs this CCEA approval ?
ever project req ccea approval... if project approved by board but no ccea approval provided then that project cannot be started.
