I had booked a seat in AC Chair Car by 09726 DEE-JP Holiday Special for journey on 17.04.2016 ex- Rewari-Jaipur. However, on that date the train was run on a diverted route and it did not touch Rewari at all. National Train Enquiry System confirmed the same. I filed the TDR soon after. Today I received a mail from IRCTC that my claim has been denied on the grounds that, "the train ran normal/train was not cancelled, more than one reason." How to retrieve the journey status of that date so that I counter the decision of the concerned zonal railway concerned. Please help.
