Which Shifting of Inter zonal stations you wish to happen FIRST ?

Yes...and should put Gondia under this division as it would be an important junction between JBP-BPQ south connection once the Nainpur BG turns up...
Gondia is only District HQ station in MH in that area, chances are that other parts of the area might not be happy with the Allocation, especially when it lies in one corner of the SECR part of Nagpur.
Both are better as both will improve its condition but technically it is easier to shift to RNC div of same zone rather than ECR.
What matters is to separate it from ADRA division.
