Yes it was head to end collision of gorakhdham with a freight parked at loop line of chureb it happened because of point failure SM switched the point to mainline but switch failed to connect to mainline and the signal was also green for mainline LP of gd didn't lowered the speed becoz of green signal but all this ends with gd diverted towards loop line and collided with freight caboose at around 100kmph
