02396 ANVT DHN SPL which is scheduled to depart at 19:20 on 29 May 2016 ex ANVT was not put up for the bookings . Neither on the IRCTC website nor any info was visible on the official website www.indianrail.gov.in .
Now this train will run empty and all the seats are available in the current reservation

Really don't know what problem railways have with dhanbad.....such a heavy revenue earning division still faces the highest level of negligence.....people have demanding a direct train from Delhi to dhanbad for a very long time now....still railway officials always rejected the plea saying it is not feasible......& the greatest joke when a special is started that also full on its first run from dhanbad they do not provide bookings from the other side just to make it look unsuccessful. ....so that never ever in future a direct train to delhi is started from dhanbad again....really it's pathetic....
IR stopped updates of 02395 also in NTES. total discrimination.
