Suvidha is same as premium apart from the fact that premium cant be cancelled and suvidha can be cancelled with 50% refund. Both have dynamic fares. With zero refund, they were losing money on cancellation charges. Hence they are promoting cancellation in tatkal as well as suvidha. Will help touts also
