Even I am not sure ....
Can anyone tell me if any refund is possible on this Ticket since I did not think that this ticket will get confirmed since it was in W/L 13 before Chart Preparation .
Suddenly it got confirmed during Chart Preparation and now I am in No position to Travel on this Train .
