This could have been intimated to passengers earlier. Passengers are waiting at the platform, struggling to find a place to sit in this rain.
It was posted on DRM SBC TWITTER 5 hrs back before me posting here , probably arnd 6 in evening , as soon as I saw I posted the info here ...
There should be a better way of relaying information. Like they for flights, send an sms with new departure timings. Saves everybody a lot of time. Hope they find a way of implementing it.
If someone checks the PNR status and running train status thr thn they will get info about rescheduling, even in IRI it shows abt rescheduling , as far as SMS is considered, Railway would be considering tht fr sure .. we might soon see tht facility implemented..
SWR would have definitely communicated this to the passengers. SWR is perfect in such matters
