No.. it's not getting LHBfied. Just replacing old ICF coaches with new ones. Earlier it has all brand new coaches. But, CR removed it slowly and put in old coaches. Now RB has ordered to place new coaches in place of oldest ones. So, I think few coaches will be replaced. LHB not possible due to lack of maintenance facilities at Amravati.
Another thing is increase in the reservation at origination station i.e. Amravati by removing the quotas for intermediate stations
