Shuhaib Shamsudheen~ 797 blog postsCentral Railways has proposed to SWR , SCR , SR authorities for change of timings and routes of trains No. 16339/40 MUMBAI CST-NAGERCOIL-MUMBAI (4-day week) via Wadi, Renigunta, Arakkonam, Jolarpettai and 16331/32 TRIVANDRUM CENTRAL-MUMBAI CST (weekly) via Roha, Mangalore instead of existing route and timings.
Will it be speeded up E2E? any idea about TT??
So SWR will loose 2 trains if d proposal is accepted :(

atleast it should be diverted via NMKL to avoid loco reversal at ED.
