I have booked 2 1 AC e tickets from Dadar to MAdgao. The berth nos donot appear on the ticket. After consulting the agent he says the Actual Berth nos are alloted by the TC befor the train leaves. please explain me the procedure.
berth no will not be alloted by the TTE, Actually in case of First Class and First AC the seat no are not issued at the time of booking, they are provided at the time of charting, so check your pnr status after chart preparation(approximate 4 hrs before the train departure), you will get your berth no, even before boarding you can also ask the tte, he will provide you
