Yahi problem hai IRCTC ke sath, counter par aap puchh sakte ho yahan to koi option hi nahi hai aisa :(
i booked in 12988 the first tkt at 120 days ARP sharp 8 am. opted UB ended getting SLB, with entire quota Avl.

i tweeted to IRCTC, they said there is no Manual intervention. seat allotted as per System pre-defined Logic.
Kitni bar maine dekha hai, PRS par bhi ek baar agar apko koi seat allot ho gayi aur apko pasand nahi hai, counter person fir se agar try karta hai wahi seat aati hai jo pehle aayi thi.
