Only a few major cities can sustain a Shatabdi, so that's not the best way to go. Rajya Rani trains already connect state capitals with other cities of importance[maybe tier up this category than introduce a new one]. GR rakes have been stopped producing,I think. That leaves day time JS as the best option.
i am going for others as there is need of slow passengers as well as express with more stops in some region and there is need of superfast connectivity JS connectivity as well as long weekly connectivity. A single class alone cant give solution
