Guys...
Today I used Idea/Reliance 3G Here in Delhi for tatkal ticket in 13308. This is the first time for me using 3G(previously I used broadband 1MBPS). Both of the ISP gives gives me a decent speed. But when I click on book now option, The server wait for a minute and flash "Site not reachable/error". Again i try but the result was same... I cheaked the speed indicator (xiaomi phones) showing 0 kpbs in my phone... Or max 6-7 kpbs. When I used to open...
