Yes, its quite rare to c it!! Karnataka rare get a chance to b honored like this & as per video, BPL Exp was delayed by sme 35 minutes!!
Y Karnataka need to OT?? As if not, thn gap in between Karnataka & Tamilnadu Exp whould hav gt slashed further, impacting Tamilnadu get delayed along with Karnataka getting further delayed!!
