"Refund of fare amount shall be collected only at the journey commencing station or nearby satellite PRS locations".
This is the demerit of this new feature recently launched by IRCTC.

can't collect money by going the journey commencing station.
It was actually returning ticket. And the ongoing plan was also cancelled.
