defo NOT line2= security risk, looks very easy to damage track for miscreants then run n hide across border, surveillance will be headache
There is so many lines which are runs very near to Border , so there is no security risk ..
NJP station is only 5 km from International border .
Aluabari - NJP route is only 3 km far from border ..
