I've seen it on BOXN as well as BCNA rakes (I never observed the exact wagon type though), mainly with coal rakes at kakinada port (COA). And RDSO's reports also mention BOXN rakes specifically for both +8 and +6 type wagons. Since it is just a modification of the suspension, I guess the basic BOXN wagons have also been updated to this spec.
