Can i cancel waiting list Eticket before the chart preparation.
yes but only Rs 20/- will be deducted as an clerical charges and irctc charges will not be refundable.
of course u can..also if the tkt remains in WL even after chart preparation, the amt will be automatically refunded to u r account within 2-3 working days.
