How many trains (maximum) can run on Double BG tracks for if we say that the track utilisation is 100% ? - Both UP & DOWN
Same for tripled tracks ?

It depends on line occupation. If the high preference trains TT is aggressively then the line will be occupied for that time. If Raj comes the that will be more load as it needs preference so line will be cleared for many stations so all trains will be held.
In theories it depends on how modern signals they use. But in practical all depends on trains time tables and fright commitments.

There are 550 regular trains (both up and down) passing through the MGS-ALD double line in a week.
12 trains every hour is like a train crossing every 5 minutes. That looks more than 100% in figures.
