Jammu isn't that big a station so can only hold so many trains. People usually go to NDLS and then take a catch to JAT. Can't really explain why there are no trains for Punjab[I checked for ASR] either from HYB or SBC. They could atleast have a weekly or something. Maybe there's a lack of demand but can't say for certain.
Agree. There should be atleast a weekly train connecting Bangalore-Hyderabad-delhi-meerut-ambala-jalandhar- amritsar.
