Some serious technical issue must have resulted to this delay, i guess.
daily this train gets delayed between GMC and CNB because of 12452. today also same story. 12452 Arrival time CNB should be 07:00 hrs.
12452 get preference on most occasions instead of a halt at Panki, reaches CNB before 12502 and 14056. Home Zone effect
Flyover work is going on between Sahibabad & Ghaziabad near Hindon river. So rail traffic is closed daily for 3-4 hours... That's why it was so late...
