Yes, one side railways has increase ARP to 120 days from 60 days and other side they have also increased the cancellation charges to 100%.

Nothing Backfired...It was Masterpiece by Suresh Prabhu. He knew that In current time nobody has any sure short plan that he/she will definitely travel after 120 days but they book ticket in speculation and when they don't travel they cancel their Tickets and Railway earns a huge amount of Unaccounted money from that. Does anybody knows how much railway earns from cancellation of tickets, no it' kept secret.
touts are booking ticket and getting benifited as 120 days a long time to book a ticket
