Loco change could be done at KYN instead of Panvel. Also it will require min 15-20 min to change a loco of train. Loco reversal at JL will also take 15-20 min.
wither source or destination station should have rake maintenance facility otherwise it should have RSA with like Sawantwadi - Dadar or Nandurbar - LTT/Dadar
