Why is this station shown as Doubled when its actually one KR track and one SWR track ?
Tracks from Madgaon to Majorda comes under KR Jurisdiction. & KR uses these lines as UP & Down line respectively.
But only one track belongs to KR second one is of SWR which is the older one. Do they allow SWR trains to utilize both ?

Yes definately, SWR trains too, ply on both lines. The sole purpose of having both lines under one unit (Here it's KR) was for better maintainence & Smoother operations.
So now SWR is going for track doubling of Hospet Vasco section, they won't have to do any works on Madgaon Majorda stretch then ?
Yes..SWR will have to do nothing in that Stretch...SWR limit is excluded from 82.750 kms to 92.500 kms from londa.
