Vaigai வந்துருச்சு, ஆசையில் ஓடி வந்தேன்

Train No 11097 running time has been increased by almost 4 hours with an avg speed of 38km/hour !!! . I had raised the same in grievance portal and here is what the response given by CR operating div [image attached]
• Precedence given to 17318/17317 LTT Hubli exp
• Train is delayed due to crossing of 17412,12779,11098 [not sure whether 11097/11098 cross),11024,11045,51436 [sensitive commuter-!! not sure what this means) & 12629

precedence is given to 17411,11005G.
My question is why is it that only this train is made to suffer. Is it because it is weekly and hardly has importance ??? Quite a ridiculous response wherein a slight delay in time of one train has lead to another train being reduced to a passenger train and all passengers now heading towards karnataka,kerala have to reach at odd hours at many stations [especially mangalore,calicut,kannur etc)
