Is there any clock room available at Chennai egmore station? Whether is it possible to keep luggage for whole day? Means if my train is st night around 9 p.m. then can I keep luggage in locker room from morning 10 a.m up to night 8 p.m.?

Yes it is available, exit from PF 4 and turn left - you will see clock room.
Not sure about timing @ MS but you shd be able to keep your luggage in the clock room till 8 pm ofcourse with a valid confirmed ticket.
