Until and unless he makes sure trains run on time thru NCR, all his efforts will go in drain.. 95% trains connecting North/West India with East/NE India run late and this is the first impression which goes to all these North/East/NE/West India travelers that Railways is not doing anything and just plain marketing..
As they are common ppl they do not understand EDFC, additional 3rd-4th line etc..
So running trains right time shud be his first focus, otherwise 2019 me koi vote naa milega, kitna bhi train/stns saaf suthra rakh le :P
