Railfan_bihari 5266 blog postsI Am thinking to file a PIL in court to increase the seat quota from Bhopal in raptisagar express or to run a new train from Indore to north bihar coz as of now travelling from bhopal to north Bihar is a nightmare in raptisagar express because its heavily crowded rpund the year and not to speak of confirm tickets one cant even get wl ticket in this train..so will it work i mean filing the pil ???
