DarkKnight~ 567 blog postsAs BRC is equipped with WAP7, do they have future with 12833/34. I think it desrve it more than any one else in this route.
BRC/WR is unlikely to provide WAP5/WAP7 links for this train.
Reasons :-
1. 12833/34 is owned and maintained by SER.
2. SRC ETS isn't equipped to maintain a 3-phase locomotive (neither WAP5 nor WAP7). If, by chance, a 3-phase loco hauls this train as off-link, it'll be sent to HWH (ER) for maintenance :P.

Unfortunate truth. At present, this train is unlikely to get a 3-phase loco link.
But yes, since CLW stopped the production of conventional locomotives (WAP4/WAG7 types), 3-phase locos may be provided in future. Hope exists :)

Yeah, hamari bhi duniya ummid pe kayam hai. But what if CLW allot the WAP 7 to SRC then maybe it will get WAP 7 soon. Btw when IR is thinking of providing WAP 5/7 to SER.
