I don't think so, because MGS is technical halt and next commercial halt is KIR. So, TTE may allot your seat to other one.
Technically you wont be allowed, so kindly avoid booking or boàrd at ALD
But I have seen people boarding SDAH duronto from DHN, when DHN was a technical halt.
So is th rule different in case of Duronto.

People use to deboard at DHN for Duronto, for boarding u got to have someone who boards from commercial halt to show ticket while u can just join later at technical halt.
