This train should be extended till Gulbarga and can be maintained at Gulbarga Pit line which will also free the pit line at solapur, and enable a new train from solapur to nagpur or elsewhere!
So this train's avg speed will shoot up to min 55 km/hr from existing 42 kmph? By that logic, this train will have to cover the entire distance in 8 hrs 15 mins from existing 10 hrs 45 mins?
If that happens this train will dep CST @ 2120 and arrive SUR @ 0535 am. Speed up by 150 mins. Am i stretching this too far? But i'm only calculating by min sf fare logic.
