From Rameshwaram, town buses will take you till the road end. from their private jeeps to take you till the Sangamam end.
I visited rmm 2 years ago & thinking to visit again & also want to visit dhanushkoti
What about the fares of bus & jeeps
What about the fares of bus & jeeps
We had hired an auto for local tour in RMM and he charged 150 per head. From road end to Dhanuskodi private mini bus again charged Rs 150 per head for to and fro journey. However, if you can wait for few more months personal/ tourist vehicles would be seen plying till Dhanuskodi as the road is being metaled and it is in final stage only inauguration is awaited.
A train carrying 110 pax was washed away in that cyclone. The whole train was submerged. Currently, no active train services exist to Dhanuskodi as the railway line was also washed away in that cyclone.
