Do you know what time usually they provide dinner in August Kranti train from MUMBAI to HAZRAT NIZA? I will be boarding from Surat.

They start providing dinner after train crosses Valsad. However, Surat passengers will also be provided dinner.
i think you'll get dinner as soon as you board the train (9pm). usually, in Rajdhani, the rule of thumb is, if you board (I mean, time of departure) before 9pm, you get dinner. Since you reach Surat exactly at 9pm, they'll arrange dinner as soon as the train departs from Surat.
For example, Bharuch is reached at 945pm and Baroda is reached at 1030pm. Passengers boarding at Bharuch and Baroda don't get dinner.
