Thanks for the update. Actually there are quite a few type of coaches with different number of seats. Generally 3E coaches have been known to have 81 seats but there are many exceptions as you have mentioned this train has 78 seats. I have seen 2AC coaches having 45 seats although generally they have 46 seats. Also have seen sleeper coaches having 75 seats although generally they have 72 seats.

Both 3AC and 3E having same coach type, or they are joining 3E coach from GaribRath.

3E is garib rath coach. Just remove the colorful wall paper of coach, and you will figure out that its Garib Rath coach, painted in green-yellow color.
