Can anyone tell me how to generate a new Tpin for IRCTC app in windows phone 8.1? I have changed my password in IRCTC nextgen and now the app doesn't recognize the old Tpin. I tried by logging in old IRCTC website but it says "you have migrated to IRCTC nextgen". And when i logging in from nextgen and then went to "old booked ticket history" it asks to re-enter the password. But after re entering the password it says your password is wrong or invalid. Can anyone please help me and suggest some solution..
irctc have character limit for password string, try resetting your password through web and then change it to shorter string like 8 or less characters. I faced same problem earlier then i came to realize it doesn't support longer strings.
