A train is traveling from station A -> B -> C -> D -> E -> F .
I have already booked the ticket from B to E. but now need to board at point C.
My journey is in December.
can i do so ?

Yes. Do not worry about your seat. It will be same as what you have from B to E. Just your boarding point will be changed.
Ok, thanks, so the changed boarding point/if the boarding point is different from the the ticket booked, will be refelected on TTE's chart ?
If you see boarding point changed successfully in IRCTC then there is no problem :)
Yes, it shows new boarding point. from station remains the same. and boarding point is the station next.
