Does Mathura has a MG section from where the services to Vrindavan go?I mean MTJ must have, but where is the MG line. I have been twice to MTJ stn but couldn't spot MG line

"The 11 km (7 mi) long 1,000 mm (3 ft 3 3⁄8 in) wide metre gauge Mathura-Vrindaban branch line was opened by Bombay, Baroda and Central India Railway in 1889". From Wikipedia, I guess it is MG then. It may have been closed now though nothing in the news.
Yes, it does. But the MG track terminates a short distance before the main station, so boarding and deboarding is done at a shed outside MTJ main station. You can find a lot of details in these two trip reports from 2015, by IRI member, Mr.Sudarshan.

It is on the road to bus stand from the main entrance of MTJ (NCR) about 50-60 m from main entrance.!
