On the one hand the railways says that there are operational constraints in introducing trains and traffic is choked....and then they again talk about introducing shadow trains !!!
Not sure why they talk about these things without improving infrastructure.

So after a pretty 163 long years of existence, trains shall ultimately see the light of the day in India! i.e. their shadows!!
So long they were operating in dark!!! (that is why with any shadows).
But the trains are thousands and the shadows are few, it is not justice with the light, which will be able to fall on...
