Mandavi/Kokankanya express should get LHB rake.

Yes. Can converting that will not be that difficult as it has less coaches.
Just the limitation is, CST is not yet ready to handle LHB.

I think it can only handle hybrid LHB.
HWH duranto has RSA with PUNE-HWH. So, primary maintenance might be carried out at some other location.

Not at all. Train runs with good demand for most part of year and very high demand when there are long weekends/Ganesh Chaturthi/vaccations etc.
conversion to LHB will force train to become 20 coacher (22 actually, but 2 will be EOG) leading to removal of two coaches, which will mostly be an SL and a general. Not a great idea for a train which is already in WL many times.
Maybe in future when HOG tech gets adopted for D-locos, not now.

That's true. Then it should at least get brand new ICF coaches. The current rakes are too old.
