North is much more congested, hence even SF trains become late. That doesn't necessarily become true of the route that this train runs on.
But the priority will come down with TAG. this became an ordinary express. so priority will be less.
Since it has a low avg speed, therefore it'll run still on time despite the low priority accorded.
