RVBRao~ 320 blog postsI think it was never restored to full 24 coach rake. I am seeing the same CC since a month. Compared to earlier CBC rake CC, only CE1/CC3 is removed.
It used to run with DE1, DE2 infront of D1, but they were converted back to UR a few days ago.
After 18520 got a halt at SLO, it has taken huge load off 12718, so demand may have receded a bit in 2S.
