12391 is always running late between Patna & Mughalsarai due to which it is not reaching NDLS on time? How can we resolved this?
Depart it just after himgiri to give it some more slack ... Nd den people will ask for more stoppages... Chain reaction hai yr.. kabhi thik nhi hoga..

kuchh nhi hoga . IR pahle se sab janti h. upay bhi hoga but implement nahi kar rahi h.
