guess now projects in Bihar are getting completed relatively fast, but looks like its has taken even railway by surprise and they dont know how to use them. see the fate of Munger rail bridge or for that matter even digha bridge. same with KIR-SHC... etc.. Guess some department of Railway needs serious SHAKE UP.
