WAP5 definitely hauls 12908/07 MSK, no doubt. Almost none of the trains in WR have fixed links. WAP4E is more frequent, that's all.
A few days back, BRC WAP5 was hauling MSK and BRC WAP7 was hauling 12903 GT Mail. 3-phase locos are, nowadays, seen with MSK/GT Mail/Swaraj group.
